A world where every hotel can deliver exceptional service —
where people do the hospitality, and technology does the running around.
Guests make any request in natural language — a late-night meal, fresh towels, a maintenance fix — by voice, text, or QR, and HVT routes it to the right staff, system, or automation — making staff more efficient, guests more satisfied, and every stay more rewarding.

one AI platform where staff, systems, and automation work together to run hotels more efficiently and turn every guest request into a moment of great service.
Hospitality Voice Tech, or HVT, is a technology company focused on the hospitality industry.
Founded in 2020, HVT began by developing an AI voice bot for hotels. In May 2021, HVT deployed EMMA — an AI voice bot designed around hotel operating workflows — at Embassy Suites by Hilton Grapevine DFW. As the platform developed, HVT grew from its early work with Hilton-branded hotels to serve properties across major hospitality brands, including InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), Marriott, Wyndham, and independent hotels.
Today, HVT supports more than 100 hotels across the United States, helping manage guest communication, service requests, and daily hotel operations.
In 2024, AWS featured HVT in a customer case study highlighting the conversational AI and hotel telephony capabilities behind EMMA in a real-world hotel deployment.
HVT’s story is one of turning a focused hotel problem into technology that can work across properties, brands, workflows, and cities.
HVT began developing an AI voice bot for hotels, starting with the persistent pressure that guest-room calls place on the front desk.
Designed around real hotel operating workflows, EMMA was deployed at Embassy Suites by Hilton Grapevine DFW and entered day-to-day hotel operations.
HVT moved beyond a single-hotel deployment and developed a repeatable approach for bringing AI voice into more hotel operations.
MeetAssist, OrderAssist, ShuttleAssist, and additional workflow products launched, expanding HVT from answering requests to helping hotels act on them.
AWS highlighted the conversational AI and hotel telephony capabilities behind EMMA in real-world hotel deployment.
HVT now supports 100+ hotels across 32 U.S. states and 16 hotel brands, helping teams manage guest communication, service requests, and daily operations.
